The 2009 MOBO awards were held in Glasgow last night… it seemed to go on forever as the ceremony was broadcast on BBC3 and hosted by Reggie Yates and Keri Hilson, with Peter Andre backstage. The absolute highlight was show opener by Tinchy Stryder that featured a spectacular laser appearance. N-Dubz thanked their accountant (?) and Beyoncé won 2 awards but was booed by some ridiculous members of the audience as she was unable to attend due to being on tour – crikey!!! The Young Soul Rebels closed the show with their War Child charity single ‘I Got Soul’.
