Mini Viva release their second single ‘I Wish’ digitially on 30th November 2009. It’s a brillianty classy and infectious number, with a bright, colourful video. It’s less frantic than previous hit ‘Left My Heart In Tokyo’ and it’s another Xenomania production, which goes a little way to explain a fleeting resemblance to the Girls Aloud songs ‘Call The Shots’ or ‘The Loving Kind’.
The video was directed by Ray Kay, who also directed ‘Left My Heart in Tokyo’ and ‘Fight For This Love’ by Cheryl Cole. An album from the duo is due in early 2010. Finally, for all you useless fact and information fans out there… I was surprised to find out that the girls are managed by Simon Fuller and 19 Entertainment!
