The Pierces are sisters Catherine and Allison Pierce who hail from the USA. The singer songwriter, guitar playing sisters released their debut self-titled album ten years ago and since then, have released two further studio albums in the form of 2005’s ‘Light Of The Moon’ and the brilliantly titled ‘Thirteen Tales Of Love And Revenge’ which was released in 2007.

The Pierces have recently found a new home in Polydor Records, who will promote and distribute their forthcoming EP entitled ‘Love You More’ and an album which is scheduled for release in 2011. The lead track from the album also entitled ‘Love You More’ is gloriously brooding, with it’s magnificently catchy guitar driven riffs and triumphant and powerful chorus.
