Charming…

Earlier, we started to write this…

“Cee-Lo Green releases his new single ‘F**k You’ this week… a clean version alone would probably be a hit BUT what if the main appeal of ‘F**k You’ is the fact that it contains THAT word?”

We then went on to write a rather long impassioned piece about how tracks containing expletives predominately the word ‘f**k’ could only be categorised as novelty records. The piece even had examples of terrible tracks that we felt were only hits because they contained the word ‘f**k’ and NOT because they were good songs for example, Eamon’s ‘F**k It’ and Frankee’s response track ‘F.U.R.B’ (F**k You Right Back)’.

Then we decided… so what, who actually cares and that we should get a grip! After deciding that we were being completely ridiculous, we had a cup of tea whilst listening to Cee-Lo belt it out…
